The city of Chiba was selected to host the two pools in Japan of the Preliminary Phase of Volleyball Nations League 2025. In each gender, one of the third competition week pools will be staged at the Chiba Port Arena.
Initially, it was known that the VNL matches in Japan would be played in the region of Kanto, but now the 7,500-seat-capacity Chiba Port Arena in the city of Chiba has been pinpointed as the specific venue.
